Before children are taken in, they are visited and profiled by our social workers, their family situation, vulnerability, needs and any siblings are assessed before a decision to adopt them is made.
Where possible, we link to independent individuals, families and organisations that we are in relationship with, to help with supporting the family in the community.
Our desire is for the Kampala Children’s Centre to be a centre of excellence within Uganda in all areas of the provision of care, education and opportunity for orphans and destitute children. |
