N.D.E Charity both in Uganda and UK has a board of Trustees (Directors) who set policies and oversee the work.  It has a management team which comprises all heads of departments and it is supported by two teams; one in the UK and one in Uganda; the teams are responsible for various aspects of the project and general work of NDE

The project in Uganda is run by a team of local employees who are all Ugandans with the aid of voluntary workers. 
Operations are headed by a general manager and overseen by the Director and team based in the UK.
