By now, most of you might have heard the terrible news of simultaneous bombings in Kampala, Uganda.

By 11.00 am UK time, the media reported that the death toll had reached 64 people and several victims were being treated in city hospitals.

Information from the Ugandan media indicates that the government and the police suspect this to be a terrorist attack linked to Uganda's involvement in peace keeping missions in Somalia.

None of our members of staff or children at KCC has been physically affected by these bombings.

At this moment, our prayers go to the victims and their families. Please pray for the injured, victim's families, the police and government for wisdom to deal with this horrible tragedy.
